I had an excellent stay. The room was comfortable and i liked the position of the hotel. Just behind there is a very quiet area, good for walks. But what made the real difference was the staff: extremely kind and helpful. I really do recommend this hotel.

Nothing to complain

Great accommodation and well assisted by staff. Rooms are clean and services are great. The restaurant was good as well with plenty of options for dinner and breakfast too was good. Real value for money and stay

The room was large

Noisy with traffic and reception rang room at 7 am and woke up up to tell us brekfast was been served????, plus after instructions not to move our motorcycles, they moved them anyway

Good hotel, and the manager was courteous. I checked in late, and he accepted an extension of checkout time as my train was in the late in the evening

The room was ok

The room is not worth for money. the toilet was not as shown in the picture , screen in the toilet was not cleaned and no hot water. For early checking they charged me Rs.1000 extra this is too much and also they are very Strick in checkout time. Not happy about this. While booking from booking.com they said complementary breakfast is included but they didn't offer (they want extra money for this).

The restarant serves both NV and v Veggies will find some other restarants. Sadly no good Veg restarants except jothi.

I did booked 3days but my works finished 1 day so I'll check out before 2 days but they'd didn't refund loss of money and booking.com app also didn't option for complaint

Decent Hotel to stay for couple of nights. Good location. Rooms were clean. Staff were helpful.

Breakfast was good. Tasty and sufficient quantity.

Room Maintenance. Room 109 - the door alignment - was hard to open and close

Location, comfortable and resturant facilities was good.

I booked for 2 adults and 2 children but they showed booking is one for only 1 adult and 1 children and had to pay extra for a complementary breakfast.

I dint like in the way they provided water bottle to us. As we are guest they should provide unlimited water for us as all the hotel ruke is like that. But they provide us only half litre and then they are charging money for water. This behaviour I never expected and I don't like it.

Even though it was located on a major road, there was no night noise. The staff was friendly and the restaurant served healthy food. A very comfortable stay

Excellent location. Car parking available in the basement. Walkable distance to the two famous temples in erode. Veg/non veg. restaurants in the vicinity. A multi cuisine restaurant is also available at the ground floor of the hotel. Check in and check out was a breeze.

The hotel could provide newspaper to rooms and a hot water kettle.

Gone for an examination, The atmosphere is great and silent, offered tea early morning which was helpful in our studiesExpected requirements met

Impolite staff

Different staff members gave different responses to what asked.Staff were impolite and not ready to accept their mistake and take responsibility.

location of the hotel is just spot on. All the necessary shopping can be done by just walking.

Rooms could have been more cleaner. There were no assistance to deliver our luggages to the room. Lights in the corridor was very dim.
